Sweet Dishes that use Chaat Masala

Meethi Dahi Boondi


Boondi – 250 GMS

Yogurt – 1 KG

Sugar – 3 tbsp.

A-1 Chaat Masala – According to taste

Salt – ½ tsp


Soak the boondi in lukewarm water for half an hour and then drain the water.

Add salt and sugar in the yogurt and stir it well.

Layer the boondi in a serving dish.

Now pour the yogurt mixture in the serving dish.

Keep it in the refrigerator to chill.

Sprinkle A-1 Chaat Masala over it and meethi dahi boondi is ready to serve.

Fruit pie


Biscuit – 1 packet

Butter – 350 GMS

Peach – 3 Cups

Lemon juice – 1 1/2 tsp

A-1 Chat Masala – 1/4 tsp

Honey – 1 tbsp.


Take a chopper.

Add the biscuits in it and chop them well until the biscuits aren’t completely crushed into a powdered form.

Take out the biscuits into a bowl and add butter in it that had been kept at room temperature.

Now mix them well.

Once the mixture is ready, pour and set it into a tart pan.

Keep the pan into the freezer for 2-3 hours.

Meanwhile, add the peaches into the chopper and chop them.

Take out the chopped peaches into a bowl.

Add lemon juice, honey and A-1 Chat Masala into it and mix them well.

Take out the tart shell from the tart pan after 2-3 hours are over.

Fill this tart shell with the peach mixture.

Keep it in the refrigerator to chill and then serve it cold.

Mango yogurt delight


Mangoes – 2 cup

Yogurt – 250 GMS

Sugar – 1/2 cup

A-1 Chaat Masala – According to taste

Mango juice powder – 1/2 tsp


Peel and cut the mangoes in cubes.

Add sugar and orange juice powder in the yogurt and mix it well.

Now add the cubes of mangoes in the mixture of yogurt and mix well.

Sprinkle A-1 Chaat Masala, and serve it cold.

Fruit Chaat


Mangoes – 1 cup

Apples – 1 cup

Bananas – 1 cup

Peach – 1 cup

Grapes – 1/2 cup

Pomegranate – According to taste

Sugar – 1/2 cup

A-1 Chaat Masala – 1/2 tbsp


Slice Mangoes, Apples, Peach, and Bananas into small pieces.

Add grapes and pomegranate to the sliced fruits.

Then add Sugar and A-1 Chaat Masala to the sliced fruits and mix them well.

Let it chill in the refrigerator and then serve it cold.



Guavas – 1/2 kg

Sugar – 1/2 cup

A-1 Chaat Masala – 1/2 tbsp.


Slice the Guavas into small pieces.

Add Sugar and A-1 Chaat Masala to the sliced Guavas.

Mix them well until the sugar is adequately mixed and the guavas are softened.

Shift the mixture into the serving dish and put it in the refrigerator.

Sprinkle A-1 Chaat Masala and serve it cold.
